全镜下lasso-loop技术修复距腓前韧带治疗慢性踝关节不稳的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lasso-loop surgery in the treatment of chronic ankle instability.Methods Clinical data of 25 patients with chronic ankle instability who underwent full microscope lasso-loop surgery for anterior talofibular ligament repair at Jingzhou Hospital Affiliated to Yangtze University from December 2021 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.There were 18 males and 7 females;aged from 17 to 35 years,with an average age of(25.12±1.27)years;10 left ankles and 15 right ankles.Preoperative and final follow-up scores were recorded and compared with visual analogue score(VAS),American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society scores(AOFAS),Kaikkonen functional scale(KFS).Results Twenty-five patients were followed up for an average of(11.08±0.86)months.No ligament repair failure was found in any of the patients during postoperative follow-up,and the results of anterior drawer test and varus stress test were(-).The VAS score at the last follow-up was(1.28±0.23)points,which was significantly lower than that before operation[(2.56±0.27)points].The AOFAS score was(87.76±1.28)points,which was significantly higher than the preoperative score[(46.56±2.36)points].The Kaikkonen ankle injury function score was(82.00±1.35)points,which was significantly higher than the preoperative score[(41.80±2.78)points].The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lasso-loop surgery is a safe and effective method for the treatment of chronic ankle instability.关键词
