机器人导航辅助治疗复杂踝关节骨折并下胫腓联合损伤的临床疗效

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of TiRobot navigation-assisted therapy in the treatment of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis separation.Methods A retrospective analysis of 12 cases of lower limb injury admitted to Xi'an Jiaotong University Affiliated Red Cross Hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 was performed.Tibiofibular clinical data of patients with combined injuries and dislocation,9 males and 3 females,aged 25-52 years,all with unilateral injuries,including 4 cases on the left side and 8 cases on the right side.Causes of injury:3 cases of falls from a height,4 cases of car accident injuries,and 5 cases of sports injuries,all of which were closed lower extremity injuries.Inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis separation.Follow-up observations were conducted on wound healing and complications after surgery.The final follow-up assessment of ankle joint function was performed using the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle and hindfoot functional scale and Baird-Jackson functional score.Results All 12 cases were followed up for 4 to 20 months,with an average of 13 months.The incisions all healed in one stage without incision infection,nonunion,or delayed union.One case developed traumatic arthritis.At the final follow-up,the ankle joint function was assessed using the AOFAS ankle and hindfoot functional scale,with 9 cases rated as excellent,2 cases rated as good,and 1 case rated as fair,for an excellent and good rate of 91.67%(11/12).The Baird-Jackson functional score showed 8 cases rated as excellent,2 cases rated as good,and 2 cases rated as fair,for an excellent and good rate of 83.33%(10/12).Conclusion Treatment of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis separation is effective in improving ankle function.Inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis separation is more common in high-energy injuries,and can be treated with TiRobot navigation tibiofibular.The combined injury has the following characteristics:Tibia and fibula nail placement.It has the advantages of precision,intelligence,minimization of soft tissue injury,and satisfactory clinical efficacy.关键词
