可降解生物材料应用于修复感染性骨缺损的研究进展
Research progress of degradable biomaterials in the repair of infectious bone defects
摘要
Abstract
Compared to non-degradable biomaterials,degradable biomaterials play an increasingly important role in the repair of severe bone defects and have received extensive attention from researchers.In the treatment of bone defects,scaffolds made of degradable biomaterials can provide a crawling bridge for new bone tissue growth and a platform for cells and growth factors to function,which will eventually be degraded and absorbed in the body and replaced by new bone tissue.At present,there are 6 types of degradable biomaterials that are more studied,including polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer(PLGA),polycaprolactone(PCL),polylactic acid(PLA),polyglycolic acid(PGA),β-tricalcium phosphate(β-TCP),hydroxyapatite(HA).They are a class of non-toxic,biocompatible and hemocompatible degradable biomaterials.This article reviews the research progress of degradable biomaterials in the repair of infectious bone defects.关键词
