晚期夏科氏足的诊治进展OACSTPCD

Charcot neuroarthropathy is a rare peripheral neuropathy,usually associated with diabetes,neurovascular disease and other conditions.Its incidence is extremely low,so early intervention and treatment are crucial.The prevalence of Charcot neuropathic arthropathy in patients with diabetes is 0.1%-10%in their lifetime,and if peripheral neuropathy is present,it rises to 29%-35%,most commonly affecting the foot.In the late stages of Charcot foot,symptoms may include infection,ulceration,deformity,dislocation and fracture.In severe cases,amputation may be necessary,which can be life-threatening.Early intervention and treatment are therefore essential.This article discusses the diagnosis and treatment of late-stage Charcot foot to raise clinical awareness.
