摘要
Abstract
Calcified lumbar disc herniation(CLDH)is a special type of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),with clinical symptoms of low back pain accompanied by unilateral or bilateral radiating pain and/or numbness in the lower limbs.Most of the patients are poorly managed by formal conservative treatment,and the clinical symptoms are severe,which seriously affects the work and life of the patients.In this review,we focus on the pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of CLDH to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment process.关键词
