糜子种质资源遗传多样性、生态适应性及丰产性研究
Research on Genetic Diversity,Ecological Adaptability,and High Yield of Broomcorn Millet Germplasm Resources
摘要
Abstract
To address the challenges associated with hybrid varieties and blind selection of varieties and produc-tion of broomcorn millet in Inner Mongolia.47 broomcorn millet germplasm resources were used as test materials.The genetic variation,ecological adaptability,and high yield were evaluated through analysis of variance,correlation analysis and analysis of principal component.The results showed that there was abundant genetic diversity in the 47 germplasm resources of broomcorn millet,with significant variations in various agronomic traits and yield,ample room for improvement;The overall growth process of millet germplasm resources in different planting years is consis-tent,the ecological adaptability is good;The three traits of main stem length,main spike length,and spike stem length should be given special attention in breeding practice.Chishu 2 and Jingchuan Xiaobaimei that two varieties,can be used as local high-yield germplasm materials for breeding practice.关键词
