急性缺血性脑卒中患者溶栓治疗救治延误的影响因素研究
Study on the Influencing Factors of Delayed Treatment of Thrombolytic Therapy in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

Abstract
In order to explore the influencing factors that delaying the thrombolytic treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke,the clinical data of thrombolysis patients with acute ischemic stroke in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from January 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the time from emergency door to receiving thrombolytic therapy,the patients were divided into a DNT≥45 min(190 cases)group and a DNT＜45 min(522 cases)group.General data,time nodes and nervous system scores of the two groups were collected.The results showed:the mode of admission,time from emergency door to thrombolytic therapy(DNT),time from emergency door to CT examination(DCT),time from patient onset to thrombolytic therapy(ONT),time from emergency door to thrombolytic signature,time from emergency door to blood collection,time from emergency door to electrocardiogram completion,time from thrombolytic talk to thrombolytic signature,time from emergency door to blood glucose test completion,Glasgow Coma score(GCS),pre-onset modified Rankin Scale(MRS)score,first National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,and post-thrombolysis NIHSS score between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).These results indicated that the mode of admission,DNT,DCT,ONT,time from emergency door to thrombolytic signature,time from emergency door to blood collection,time from emergency door to electrocardiogram completion,time from thrombolytic talk to thrombolytic signature,time from emergency door to blood glucose test completion,GCS score,pre-onset MRS Score,first NIHSS score and so on were the factors influencing the delay of thrombolytic treatment in acute ischemic stroke.关键词
