IGF2BP3在膀胱癌组织中的表达及临床意义分析
Analysis of the Expression and Clinical Significance of IGF2BP3 in Bladder Cancers
摘要
Abstract
To analyze the expression of insulin-like growth factor 2mRNA binding protein 3(IGF2BP3)in bladder cancer and its clinical significance.A total of 135 samples were collected,including 65 cases of bladder cancer and 70 cases of normal bladder tissue,the expression and clinical significance of IGF2BP3 in the two kinds of different samples were observed by immunohistochemistry.The results showed that in the two kinds of different samples,IGF2BP3 showed high expression levels in bladder cancer tissues,but almost no expression in normal bladders.Meanwhile,it was also found that the expression level of IGF2BP3 was positively correlated with patients'gender,smoking history,pathological grade and lymph node metastasis,but had no correlation with tumor stage.IGF2BP3 has a high value in the diagnosis of bladder cancer and in the assessment of tumor progression.关键词
