煤矸石堆场自燃危险性综合评价研究与应用OA
Study and Application of Comprehensive Evaluation for Spontaneous Combustion Risk in Coal Gangue Dumps
随着我国煤炭产量增加,煤矸石堆场(以下简称堆场)也在持续增大,加剧了堆场区域地形地貌景观破坏及地表生态环境损毁,煤矸石自燃产生的有毒有害气体及高温对堆场生物多样性及开发利用造成了巨大的安全威胁.本研究运用卫星遥感时序监测、地表调查、有害气体监测及浅层地温值探测等方法,开展堆场自燃危险性评价研究,提出了浓度结合毒性危害指数确定权重的有害气体危险性评价方法、浅层地温聚类分析研判地温异常值方法及CRITIC赋权有害气体、自燃发展危险性及自燃灾害危害程度3个一级指标权重的堆场自燃危险性综合评价方法.结果显示,通过调整堆场开发利用平面部署,可有效降低堆场自燃危险性综合评价危险等级,为煤矸石堆场自燃灾害防治及可持续开发利用提供借鉴.
Accompanying with the increasing of coal production,coal gangue dumps(from now on referred to as"dumps")have been increased continuously,and the destruction of the terrain and landscape of the storage yard area have been aggravatied.Due to the toxic and harmful gases and high temperatures genera-ted by the spontaneous combustion of coal gangue,the damage to the surface ecological environment,and a huge safety threaten to the biodiversity and development and utilization of the storage yard will be caused.In this paper,by using satellite remote sensing time series monitoring,surface investigation,harmful gas monitoring,and shallow ground temperature detection methods,the risk assessment of spon-taneous combustion in storage yards has been carried out.A method for evaluating the risk of spontaneous combustion in storage yards has been put forward.A hazardous gas hazard assessment method based on concentration combined with toxicity hazard index to determine weights,a shallow ground temperature clustering analysis method to judge ground temperature anomalies,and a CRITIC weighted comprehensive evaluation method for yard self ignition hazard based on three primary indicators of hazardous gas,self ig-nition development risk,and self ignition disaster hazard degree have been put forward.It is showed that by adjusting the deployment of the yard development and utilization plan,comprehensive evaluation of the risk level of spontaneous combustion in the yard can be effectively reduced.It will provide some references for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion disasters in coal gangue yards and sustainable de-velopment and utilization.
