MRI联合血清赖氨酸氧化酶样蛋白4、信号转导和转录激活因子3检测用于原发性肝癌诊断的价值
Value of MRI combined with serum LOXL4 and STAT3 levels detection in diagnosis of primary liver cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with serum levels of lysine oxidase like protein 4(LOXL4)and signal transduction and transcriptional activation factor 3(STAT3)in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.Methods:A total of 214 patients with liver space occupying lesions were selected,the differences in serum LOXL4 and STAT3 levels between patients with primary liver cancer and those with benign liver lesions were compared and analyzed,as well as the differences between different patients with primary liver cancer.At the same time,the value of MRI combined with serum LOXL4 and STAT3 levels in diagnosing primary liver cancer were analyzed.Results:There were 92 patients diagnosed with primary liver cancer and 122 cases with be-nign liver lesions.The serum levels of LOXL4 and STAT3 in patients with primary liver cancer were significantly higher than those in patients with benign liver lesions(all P<0.05).The serum levels of LOXL4 and STAT3 in TNM stage Ⅲ to Ⅳ patients were significantly higher than those in patients with benign liver lesions(all P<0.05).The serum levels of LOXL4 and STAT3 in patients with low differentiation were significantly higher than those in patients with medium to high differentiation(all P<0.05).The areas under the ROC curve for diagnosing primary liver cancer with serum LOXL4 and STAT3 levels were 0.890 and 0.896,respectively,and the sensitivity and nega-tive predictive values of MRI combined with serum LOXL4 and STAT3 levels in diagnosing primary liver cancer were 95.65%and 96.00%respectively,which were higher than those of MRI examination(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The elevated levels of serum LOXL4 and STAT3 in patients with primary liver cancer are related to TNM stag-ing and differentiation degree.The combination of MRI and serum levels of LOXL4 and STAT3 has good application value in the diagnosis of primary liver cancer.关键词
