脑电图监测在缺血性脑卒中预后评估中的应用
Application of electroencephalography in prognosis assessment of ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
Stroke is a significant disease that leads to disability and death in humans.Currently,clinical assess-ment scales,computed tomography(CT),and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)are primarily used for diagnosis and prognosis evaluation in clinical practice.However,these methods are subject to various objective limitations and have their own limitations.In contrast,electroencephalography(EEG)has many advantages such as bedside imple-mentation,real-time monitoring,and non-invasiveness.It can dynamically monitor changes in brain function,which helps clinicians to timely and effectively understand the patient's condition and evaluate prognosis.This article pro-vides a review of the application of EEG in the prognosis evaluation of ischemic stroke.关键词
