Abstract
The construction of the technical standards system for enterprise management training is an important foundation for promoting the high-quality development of education and training.At present,there are numerous technical standards related to enterprise management training both domestically and internationally,but the standards system has not yet been established,and there is an urgent need to strengthen top-level design.At the same time,there are numerous theoretical methods related to building standards system.For personnel who are carrying out this work for the first time,how to scientifically and efficiently carry out the construction work is also the primary issue that urgently needs to be solved.In such context,this paper systematically reviews and analyzes the international and domestic standards in the field of management training,explores the establishment of a technical standards system construction model and a technical standards system framework for enterprise management training,and carries out the development and revision of some standards,in order to provide reference for training standardization construction and better technical support for the high-quality development of enterprise management training.关键词
