天然岩沥青四组分与微观特性研究进展OA

Research Progress on Four Components and Microscopic Properties of Natural Rock Asphalt

随着石油资源的逐渐枯竭和"双碳"风潮的兴起,天然岩沥青因其优异的路用性能和低廉的价格受到道路工程研究者的青睐.为了进一步促进天然岩沥青的四组分与微观组成结构研究的发展,首先综述了国内外天然岩沥青应用发展历程;随后介绍了天然岩沥青的四组分含量及相关分析;最后从微观角度,通过FTIR、SEM、XRD3种方法对天然岩沥青的官能团组成、表面微观形态与聚集情况以及物相组成进行分析.研究结果表明:国外对天然岩沥青的应用与研究早于国内,但是国内对其微观组成的研究更加深入;天然岩沥青的四组分含量因产地不同而差异显著,但其沥青质含量均远高于基质沥青,且胶体不稳定性公式并不适用于天然固态岩沥青的测算与量化评价;通过FTIR中官能团的变化对天然岩沥青改性过程进行观察,发现不同种类与含量的天然岩沥青主要在物理层面对基质沥青进行改性,基本未涉及官能团的变化;SEM从微观角度观察到天然岩沥青表面形态较为粗糙,聚集程度较为紧密,能够很好地增强抗水剥离能力;XRD研究发现天然岩沥青中碱性矿物元素较多,显著提升了结合料与集料的黏附性.

With the gradual depletion of oil resources and the rise of the"dual carbon"trend,natural rock asphalt is favored by road engineering researchers because of both excellent road performance and low price.In order to fur-ther promote the development of research on the four components and microstructure of natural rock asphalt,the ap-plication and development history of natural rock asphalt was first reviewed at home and abroad;Subsequently,the four component content and related analysis were introduced;Finally,the functional group composition,surface microstructure and aggregation,and phase composition of natural rock asphalt were analyzed using three methods of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD)from the microscopic perspective.The research results indicate that the application and research of natural rock as-phalt of foreign countries were earlier than China,but the microstructure study is more in-depth in China;The con-tent of the four components in natural rock asphalt varies significantly depending on the place of origin,but its as-phaltene content is much higher than that of matrix asphalt.The colloidal instability formula is not applicable for the calculation and quantitative evaluation of natural solid rock asphalt;By observing the changes in functional groups in FTIR,it was found that different types and contents of natural rock asphalt mainly modify the matrix asphalt in the physical property,without involving changes in functional groups;From a microscopic perspective,the surface morphology of natural rock asphalt is observed by SEM to be relatively rough and the aggregation degree is relatively tight,which can effectively enhance its resistance to water peeling;natural rock asphalt is found by XRD to contain more alkaline mineral elements,significantly improving the adhesion between binders and aggregates.
