川芎嗪治疗冠心病作用及机制研究进展
Research Progress on the Effect and Mechanism of Ligustrazine in Treat-ing Coronary Heart Disease

Abstract
Ligustrazine is extracted from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.of Umbelliferae,which is one of the main components of the plant and belongs to a common Chinese medicine.With the in-depth study of ligustrazine in pharmacology,drugs are widely used in clinic,espe-cially in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Tetramethylpyrazine is the chemical structure of ligustrazine.The drug works on the basis that four methyl groups are replaced by different functional gene groups,and has the functions of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,protecting vascular endothelium,dilating coronary artery and antiplatelet.In recent years,ligustrazine is often used in the treat-ment of cardiovascular diseases,and has achieved remarkable therapeutic effects.This paper summarized the effect of ligustrazine on cor-onary heart disease,focusing on the mechanism of ligustrazine in treating coronary heart disease,such as anti-platelet activation,inhibition of platelet aggregation,vasodilation,etc.,and provides theoretical reference for the further development of ligustrazine in treating coronary heart disease.关键词
