自城市诞生之日起,城市自我调节机制就存在于城市发展之中,发展本质上是一种持续更新与改造的代谢循环.在大数据技术日益成熟的今天,城市更新改造领域更是迎来前所未有的变革,焕发出新的活力与智慧.创新性地整合了互联网数据和传统规划数据,构建了一个综合性的城市更新改造潜力评价指标体系,对宝鸡市凤翔区中心建成区进行了全面的潜力评估,精准识别更新问题,并分类制定了改造策略.研究强调了城市更新改造潜力评价与城市体检相结合的重要性,证实了大数据技术在提高城市更新决策的精准性和科学性方面的显著作用.研究成果为凤翔区及类似城市提供了城市更新的逻辑框架和策略指导,对促进城市规划和城市更新改造领域的理论创新和实践应用具有深远意义,助力城市向更加智能、绿色和人文的方向发展.

Since the birth of cities,the self-regulation mechanism has existed in urban development.The essence of development is a continuous renewal andrenovation metabolic cycle.Today,with the increasing maturity of Big Data technology,the field of urban renewal and improvement has ushered in unprecedented changes,showing new vitality and intelligence.The internet data was innovatively integrated with traditional planning data to construct a compre-hensive urban renewal potential evaluation index system in this paper.A comprehensive potential evaluation of the built-up area in Fengxiang District in Baoji City was conducted,update issues was accurately identified,and trans-formation strategies was formulated by classification.The importance of combining urban renewal potential evalua-tion with urban physical examination was emphasized.The significant role of big data technology in improving the precision and scientific nature of urban renewal decision-making was verified.The research results also provide a logical framework and strategic guidance for urban renewal in Fengxiang District and similar cities,which has a profound significance for promoting theoretical innovation and practical application in the fields of urban planning and urban renewal,and helps the city to develop in a more intelligent,green,and humanistic direction.
