Abstract
Faced with the challenges of the transformation of the new power system,there is an urgent need for power enterprises to transform scientific and technological achievements into technical standards.This paper provides a detailed analysis of the basic characteristics of technological innovation achievements in the new power system and the key foundations of technical standardization,based on the implementation of the mechanism for transforming relevant scientific and technological achievements into standards mentioned in the National Standardization Development Outline.It deeply studies the practical ideas and recommended measures in the process of achievement transformation.This provides reference for achieving the goal of forming standard research results for common key technologies and applied science and technology projects,and provides an important method and path for promoting the efficient transformation of scientific and technological achievements into technical standards.关键词
