经典名方羌活胜湿汤中12种成分的LC-MS/MS定量分析
Simultaneous determination of 12 components in Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method was established for the simultaneous determination of 12 components in Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction granules,including 5-O-methylvisammioside,nodakenin,casticin,notopterol,osthole,columbianadin,isoliquiritin,liquiritin,chlorogenic acid,isoliquiritigenin,liquiritigenin,and ferulic acid.[Methods]The chromatography was performed on an ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm)with a gradient elution of 0.1%formic acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.3 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃and the injection volume was 5 μL.The samples were detected by an electron spray ionization(ESI)in both positive and negative ion modes using the multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode.[Results]The linearity of the 12 components in Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction granules was found to be good within their linear ranges.The results of the precision,reproducibility,stability tests,and recoveries met the requirements.[Conclusion]The method established in this experiment is efficient,stable,and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction granules.关键词
