摘要

Abstract

Hot scratch is a common surface quality defect in cold strip rolling.Through the study and analysis of the appearance,mechanism and causes of hot scratch defects in acid rolling unit of a cold rolling plant,it is concluded that the hot scratch defects are mainly caused by poor lubrication and cooling in the rolling process.After tracking the law of hot scratch defects on strip steel and taking a series of process adjustment experiments,the results show that controlling roll grinding roughness and rolling mileage,op-timizing the distribution of rolling reduction rate and improving the process lubrication conditions are effec-tive measures to solve the hot scratch defects.
