摘要

Abstract

As China is vigorously promoting smart manufacturing,it is an inevitable choice for steel-making enterprises to use digital transformation to promote the upgrading and optimization of steel scraps management so that they can reduce production costs and achieve green and low-carbon development.The whole process integrated collaborative management and control system of WISCO steel scraps has been established to support the fine management and control of the whole process of scrap,to realize the intelli-gent operation of logistics,quality inspection and in posts in stocks so as to establish the scrap planning de-mand and distribution scheduling model in different districts,to realize visualization of the process with all elements,and to realize the intelligent decision-making of management posts.
