职业院校大学生职业心理品质特征与提升研究
Research on the Characteristics and Enhancement of Occupational Psychological Quality of Students in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Psychological problems are quite common among college students,and even more serious when they face employment and career choices.It is important to study the situation of college students'occupational psychological quality and find a way to cultivate positive occupational psychological quality.Based on the research on Shenzhen Polytechnic University(SZPU),this paper analyzed the characteristics of the occupational psychological quality of vocational colleges students,studied the influencing factors,and discussed the relevant attempts adopted by SPZU.It is found that the career psychological quality of college students is influenced by factors such as gender,family background,and academic specialties,etc.,and that positive career psychological quality can be effectively enhanced and improved by carrying out career planning education.关键词
