高职院校教师专业能力的内涵、培养路径与保障机制
On Connotation,Training Path and Guarantee Mechanism of Teachers'Professional Competence in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyses the connotation of professional competence of teachers in higher voca-tional colleges,and puts forward the teacher training path of establishing a two way integration of"doub-le qualified"teaching team,establishing a community which promotes professional competence and devel-opment,and improving the teachers'development training system.Aiming at the problems such as non-uniform standards,uncoordinated cultivation and training,imperfect practice guarantee,and insignificant assessment and incentive,this paper proposes the ideas of ensuring the development of professional ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of management mode,development ecology and training mode.关键词
