Abstract
Ethnic traditional sports are the carriers of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,embodying its profound genetic heritage.The proposal of Xi Jinping cultural thoughts has provided a guiding principle and fundamental adherence for the contemporary development of ethnic traditional sports.The development of ethnic traditional sports must adhere to a cultural stance centered on the people and uphold the basic logic of preserving the essence while fostering innovation.The Xi Jinping cultural thoughts serve as a cornerstone for enhancing the cultural self-confidence of the Chinese nation amidst the intense transformations of the global landscape.It acts as a compass that promotes social harmony and continuously meets the people's aspirations and pursuits for a better life.Moreover,it is a treasure trove for the interpretation and content production of the overarching ideology of"cultivating individuals through sports"and"cultivating individuals through culture".The contemporary inheritance and development of ethnic traditional sports are crucial for the physical and mental well-being of the entire population and for the harmonious and stable development of society.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping cultural thoughts,achieved by focusing on the construction of a talent echelon,integrating culture,sports,and tourism,and driving forward with new quality productive forces,ethnic traditional sports are poised to form a new pattern with high-quality development in the new era.关键词
