Study on Quantification of Carbon Emissions During the Whole Life Cycle of Highway Construction

基于全生命周期理论搭建了公路建设期碳排放分析框架,提出了公路建设期各阶段碳排放量核算模型,利用碳排放强度和敏感度系数识别和分析了重点碳排放及降碳阶段.实例研究结果表明,公路建设期材料生产阶段碳排放量最大,占比达85.03%,而施工建造阶段和材料运输阶段占比分别为10.09%和4.88%;各阶段主要碳排放来自路基工程、交叉工程和桥梁涵洞工程;各阶段主要碳排放源分别为水泥、自卸汽车、土石方工程机械;材料生产阶段碳排放强度最大,且在碳排放强度减少20%后敏感度系数最高,为0.170,表明材料生产阶段对公路建设期碳排放影响最大,应着重加强材料生产阶段的节能减排技术措施.通过结合公路建设期碳排放量化和重点碳排放阶段识别方法,为提升公路建设项目绿色低碳转型提供了方法支撑.

Based on the whole life cycle theory,the carbon emission analysis framework of highway construction pe-riod was established,the carbon emission accounting model of each stage was proposed.The key carbon emission and carbon reduction stages were identified and analyzed by carbon emission intensity and sensitivity coefficients.The case study shows that the carbon emissions in the material production stage is the largest,accounting for 85.03%,while the construction and material transportation stages accounted for 10.09%and 4.88%respectively;The main carbon emissions in each stage come from subgrade engineering,crossing engineering,and bridge and culvert engineering;The main carbon emission sources of each stage are cement,dump truck and earthwork ma-chinery;In addition,the carbon emission intensity of the material production stage is the largest,and the sensitivity coefficient of 0.170 is the highest after the carbon emission intensity was reduced by 20%,indicating that the material production stage has the greatest impact on the carbon emission during the highway construction period.The techni-cal measures for energy conservation and emission reduction should be strengthened during the material production.By combining the methods of quantification of carbon emission in the highway construction period of highway engi-neering and the identification of key carbon emission stages,it provides method support for improving the effect of green and low-carbon transformation of highway construction projects.
