The HPLC-UV Method Simultaneously Determined the Five Components in ChixueKangmai Capsules

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to establish an HPLC-UV method to simultaneously determine the contents of paeoniflorin,cal-ycosin-7-glucoside,β-ecdysterone,ferulic acid and lobetyolin in ChixueKangmai capsules.The chromatographic separation of HPLC meth-od was achieved on a C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1％phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mLmin-1 for gradient elution.The detection wavelength was 268 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃ for analysis.The re-sults showed that the five chemical components showed good linear relationships within their respective ranges(r＞0.999 5),the RSD of precision,stability and repeatability were less than 2.0％,and the average sample recovery rate of 99.35％to 101.59％and an RSD of 0.95％to 2.69％.The methed is ideal for simultaneous assessment of the contents of five components in the ChixueKangmai capsules and is straight-forward,dependable,reproducible,and simple to use.关键词
