Abstract
In order to promote the development of pavement maintenance for ordinary national and provincial trunk highways and effectively implement the relevant requirements of the"14th Five-Year Plan"transportation develop-ment plan of Qinghai Province,the crucial factors during the design and construction stages of pavement mainte-nance for national and provincial trunk highways in Qinghai Province were deeply analyzed.Combined with the re-gional characteristics,the method of the post-maintenance evaluation index system of Qinghai Province ordinary national trunk highway pavement was proposed based on the Pressure-State-Response(PSR)model as well as the method of determining index weight based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).An ordinary national highway management engineering in Qinghai Province was evaluated by the post-maintenance evaluation index system.And the results indicated that the index system was highly applicable.The post-maintenance evaluation system is of great significance for enhancing the maintenance and construction level of Qinghai provincial highways,and can provide a reference for the post-maintenance evaluation of other regions in China.关键词
