Research Progress on Fruit Quality Regulation of Korla Fragrant Pear
摘要
Abstract
Fruit quality is an important factor that determines the commodity,economic value and market competitiveness of fruit,and the formation and regulation of fruit quality is also an important field of fruit science and food science research.In this paper,the research prog-ress of the influencing factors and quality control on the fruit quality of Korla fragrant pear were summarized from three aspects,include the influencing factors of the fruit quality before harvest,the influence of the picking time on the fruit quality and the regulation technology of the fruit quality after harvest.And put forward the future research direction of fragrant pear fruit quality,in order to provide reference for the formulation and improvement of the cultivation technology of fragrant pear in production practice and the follow-up research work.关键词
