Re-conceptualizing the Determination of Cultivation Objectives in PE Program of Teacher Education Acc-reditation
摘要
Abstract
According to the notice related to the implementation method of the certification of teacher education programs of the Ministry of Education,the study was conducted on the issues related to improving the quality of talent cultivation and promoting the quality of talent cultivation of teacher education programs.The study concluded that the physical education profession,as an important part of the teacher education profession,has the same goal of talent cultivation as the overall goal of the teacher education profession,and is committed to cultivating high-quality educators,but in the process of cultivation,there are problems such as unclear positioning of cultivation goals,failure to closely integrate with the needs of the society,and imperfection of the evaluation system.Therefore,vigorously improving the quality of teacher training has become the most urgent task in the reform and development of China's teacher education.According to the mission of establishing morality,focusing on the cultivation of competence,constructing the cultivation system of teacher ethics and service oriented to the needs,and constructing the direction of output-oriented and continuous improvement of the quality of cultivation for the purpose of accreditation,the training objectives are taken as the first index of the examination,and the positioning of the objectives,the connotation of the objectives and the evaluation of the objectives are examined and analyzed in an all-round way.The whole aspect of investigation and analysis provides a reference basis for professional construction and lays a foundation for talent cultivation.关键词
