土壤温度和含水率对幼、成蚓分解华北落叶松人工林凋落物的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of Soil Temperature and Moisture on Litter Decomposition of Juvenile and Adult Earthworms in Larix principis-rupprechtii Plantation
为明确幼、成蚓在不同土壤温度和含水率条件下分解凋落物的作用,以陕西秦岭华北落叶松(Larix principis-rupprechtii)人工林为研究对象,采用微宇宙法进行接种蚯蚓对凋落物分解影响的室内培养试验,分别接种赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)幼蚓、成蚓,以不添加蚯蚓作为对照.设置不同土壤温度(T1:14 ℃、T2:18 ℃、T3:22 ℃)、含水率(M1:30%、M2:32.5%、M3:35%)梯度,探究土壤温度及含水率对蚯蚓分解凋落物与凋落物养分释放的影响.结果表明:1)在T1 时随着土壤含水率的增加,幼吲、成蚓对凋落物的分解率均在下降,M3时幼蚓分解率是成蚓的1.3倍;在T2、T3时随着土壤含水率的增加,幼蚓、成蚓对凋落物的分解率提高,M3时成蚓分解率分别是幼蚓的1.05倍、1.18倍;幼蚓、成蚓对凋落物C、N、P含量的影响及纤维素的释放作用增强.幼蚓、成蚓对木质素的释放作用在T1、T2时随土壤含水率增加呈下降趋势,T3时,随土壤含水率增加呈上升趋势.2)在土壤含水率相同时,随着土壤温度的增加,幼蚓、成蚓对凋落物分解作用及凋落物C、N、P、纤维素及木质素的释放作用增强.3)土壤温度及含水率对幼、成蚓分解凋落物的速率有交互影响.蚯蚓对凋落物分解作用在T3M3时最强,幼蚓、成蚓对凋落物的分解率分别达18.3%和21.2%.接种幼蚓和成蚓后凋落物有机碳含量在T3M3时最低,与对照相比,分别降低了 12.7%和13.5%;接种幼蚓和成蚓后凋落物全磷含量在T3M2时最低,与对照相比,分别降低了21.3%、29.5%.接种蚯蚓加速了凋落物分解及养分释放,蚯蚓在T3M3时对凋落物的分解作用最强,幼吲、成蚓对温度及含水率的响应不同.
To explore the differences in litter decomposition between juvenile and adult earthworms under different soil temperature and moisture conditions,the larch(Larix principis-rupprechtii)plantation in the Qinling Mountains of Shaanxi Province was used as the research object,and the indoor culture experi-ment of litter decomposition inoculated with earthworms was carried out using the microcosm method.Ju-venile and adult earthworms of Eisenia foetida were inoculated,respectively,and no earthworm was used as the control.Different gradients of soil temperature(T1:14,T2:18,T3:22 ℃)and moisture(M1:30%,M2:32.5%,M3:35%)were established to explore the effects of soil temperature and moisture content on litter decomposition and litter nutrient release by earthworms.The results showed that 1)at T1,with in-creasing soil moisture,the rate of litter decomposition of juvenile and adult earthworms decreased and the rate of litter decomposition of juvenile earthworms was 1.3 times that of adult earthworms at M3.At T2 and T3,with increasing soil moisture,the rate of decomposition of juvenile earthworms and adult earth-worms to litter increased and the rate of litter decomposition of adult earthworms was 1.05 and 1.18 times that of juvenile earthworms at M3,respectively;the release of C,N,P and cellulose into litter was enhanced by juvenile and adult earthworms.The release of lignin by juvenile and adult earthworms decreased with increasing soil moisture at T1 and T2,and increased with increasing soil moisture at T3.2)Under the same soil moisture,with increasing soil temperature,the decomposition of the litter and the release of C,N,P,cellulose and lignin in the litter were enhanced by juvenile earthworms and adult earthworms.3)The soil temperature and moisture had interactive effects on the litter decomposition rate of juvenile and adult earthworms.The effect of earthworms on litter decomposition was the strongest in T3M3,and the litter de-composition rates of juvenile and adult earthworms were 18.3%and 21.2%,respectively.The total carbon contents of the litter after the inoculation of juvenile and adult earthworms was the lowest at T3M3,which was 12.7%and 13.5%lower than that of the control,respectively.The total phosphorus content of the lit-ter after inoculation of juvenile and adult earthworms was the lowest at T3M2,which was 21.3%and 29.5%lower than that of the control,respectively.The inoculation of earthworms accelerated the decom-position of litter and the release of nutrients.Earthworms had the strongest decomposition effect on litter in T3M3.The responses of juvenile and adult earthworms to temperature and moisture were different.
