花椒SABATH基因家族鉴定及其在盐胁迫下的表达模式分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Profiling of SABATH Gene Family in Zanthoxylum bungeanum in Response to Salt Stress
SABATH基因家族催化植物激素及其他小分子物质甲基化,在植物的生长发育及逆境胁迫中具有重要作用.本研究从花椒基因组中鉴定出68个SABATH基因.系统发育树和基因结构分析显示,花椒SABATH基因被划分为5个亚家族,这些亚族在进化上是保守的,46个(68%)基因具有串联重复和片段复制.花椒SABATH基因的启动子序列中包含大量与植物激素、逆境响应和生长发育相关的顺式作用元件.结果表明,基于不同盐胁迫处理时间下的花椒SABATH基因的表达谱,可将表达的39个SABATH基因分为4簇,不同簇具有各自的表达趋势.其中,ZbSABATH55、ZbSABATH58、ZbSABATH14、ZbSABATH22 在盐胁迫下的表达水平显著高于其他基因,可能为参与花椒盐胁迫响应的关键基因.本研究为深入解析花椒SABATH基因家族的功能奠定了理论基础.
The SABATH gene family plays a crucial role in plant growth and stress response by promoting the methylation of plant hormones and other small molecules.In this study,we identified 68 ZbSABATH genes from the genome of Zanthoxylum bungeanum(Zb).Phylogenetic tree and genetic structure analyses revealed that the ZbSABATH genes were clustered into five evolutionarily conserved subgroups.Further-more,synteny analysis showed that 46(68%of the total)genes may undergo the duplication events by tandem or fragment repeats to enlarge the genome during evolution.The promoter sequences of the Zb-SABATH genes contain numerous cis-acting elements,suggesting that the gene functions are related to plant hormones,stress response,and growth and development.The expression profiling under salt stress treatments indicated that 39 genes were clustered into four groups due to their distinct expression patterns.Notably,higher expression levels of ZbSABATH55,ZbSABATH58,ZbSABATH14,and ZbSABATH22 under salt treatments suggested their critical roles in responding to salt stress.This study provides a theo-retical basis for the further study of functions of the ZbSABATH gene family.
