不同形态二氧化钛对二醋酸纤维素浆液黄度及流变性能的影响研究OA
Research on the Influence of Titanium Dioxide on the Yellowing and Rheological Properties of Slurry
文章对比研究了添加有两种不同形态的二氧化钛的二醋酸纤维素丙酮溶液(浆液)的黄度和流变性,其中一种是浓度为 60%的二氧化钛水分散液(市场调研的液体成品),另一种为纯固体二氧化钛.结果表明,在二氧化钛添加量相同的条件下,添加有液体二氧化钛浆液的YIE值和B值小于添加有固体二氧化钛浆液和现场浆液的YIE值和B值;液体二氧化钛改善浆液黄度的效果优于固体二氧化钛的效果.两个样品的浆液都属于剪切变稀的非牛顿流体,添加有液体二氧化钛的浆液的结构粘度指数小于添加有固体二氧化钛浆液的结构粘度指数;添加有液态二氧化钛浆液的动态流变曲线较添加固体二氧化钛浆液的动态流变曲线光滑;添加有液体二氧化钛的二醋酸纤维素丙酮溶液的流变性优于添加有固体二氧化钛的二醋酸纤维素丙酮溶液;依据 GB 15193.3-2014《食品安全国家标准 急性经口毒性试验》对本次调研的液态二氧化钛进行毒性测试,测试结果为LD50>10 000 mg/kg.
The article compared and studied the yellowing and rheological properties of cellulose acetate acetone solution(slurry)with two different forms of titanium dioxide added,one of which is a 60%concentration aqueous dispersion of titanium dioxide(liquid product in market research),and the other is pure solid titanium dioxide.The results showed that under the same amount of titanium dioxide added,the YIE and B values of liquid titanium dioxide slurry were lower than those of solid titanium dioxide slurry and on-site slurry added;The effect of liquid titanium dioxide on improving the yellowing of slurry is better than that of solid titanium dioxide.The slurries of both samples belong to shear thinning non Newtonian fluids,and the structural viscosity index of the slurry with added liquid titanium dioxide is lower than that of the slurry with added solid titanium dioxide;The dynamic rheological curve of adding liquid titanium dioxide slurry is smoother than that of adding solid titanium dioxide slurry;The rheological properties of cellulose acetate acetone solution with added liquid titanium dioxide are better than those of cellulose acetate acetone solution with added solid titanium dioxide;According to GB 15193.3-2014"National Food Safety Standard Acute Oral Toxicity Test",toxicity testing was conducted on the liquid titanium dioxide investigated in this study,and the test result was LD50>10 000 mg/kg.
