Comparison on the Effects of Different Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Patients with Uterine Fibroids
目的 对比分析腹腔镜子宫全切术(LTH)、腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剥除术(LM)治疗子宫肌瘤(UF)患者的临床效果.方法 选取2021年1月至2023年2月我院收治的90例UF患者,随机分为两组各45例.A组行LM治疗,B组行LTH治疗.比较两组的手术相关指标、性激素水平及并发症.结果 A组的术后首次排气时间及住院时间均明显短于B组,术中出血量明显少于B组(P＜0.05).术后3个月,A组的血清E2水平明显高于B组,血清LH、FSH水平均明显低于B组(P＜…查看全部>>
