摘要

Abstract

Diabetes is characterized by persistent hyperglycemia.It is a heterogeneous disease with multiple etiologies,affecting the human body at the level of multiple organs.Black beans have a long history of drug and food homology in China,which are used to treat hyperten-sion,poor blood circulation and other diseases.Many studies have shown that black beans al-so have certain anti diabetic properties,which has been confirmed in clinical trials.In this pa-per,the bioactive substances such as polysaccharides,polyphenols,a variety of inorganic trace elements and vitamins and their hypoglycemic activity mechanisms were summarized.These bioactive substances inhibit intestinal α-Conclusion:glucosidase activity,protection of pan-creatic cells,reduction of insulin resistance,regulation of intestinal microbiota and other mechanisms can effectively regulate blood glucose levels,which provides a new research idea for the treatment of diabetes,and also provides a reference for the treatment of diabetes with other herbal medicines.
