滑坡作用下埋地油气管道的力学分析方法
Mechanical Analysis Method for Buried Oil and Gas Pipelines under Landslide Action
摘要
Abstract
Due to the threat of landslides on oil and gas pipelines in mountainous areas,mechanical analysis of oil and gas pipelines un-der landslide action is carried out.A stress-strain analysis model for pipelines crossing landslides horizontally was established,and the deformation and stress of pipelines under landslide action were analyzed by an engineering case.The analysis result was verified by nu-merical simulation.The results show that,(1)When crossing a landslide horizontally,the pipeline will bend under the thrust of the landslide,and the pipeline at the boundary of the landslide may even be flattened and broken.(2)Landslide thrust and displacement can be considered in the pipeline stress-strain analysis model to calculate the deformation and stress of the pipeline.(3)The case anal-ysis shows that the maximum stress of the pipeline is located near the landslide boundary,and the maximum deformation of the pipeline is located at the central axis of the landslide.Compared with the numerical simulation results of pipeline deformation and stress,the er-ror of the model calculation results is less than 10%.(4)It is recommended to avoid laying pipeline connections near landslide bound-aries to prevent stress concentration from causing damage to pipeline welding areas.The research results can provide a basis for pipeline laying and protection design.关键词
