稀土离子荧光探针的合成及其对铅离子识别的应用
The synthesis of rare earth ion fluorescent probes and its application in lead ion detection

Abstract
A Luminol-Tb-ATP fluorescent probe was synthesized through a self-assembly method u-sing luminol,terbium nitrate hexahydrate(Tb(NO3)·6H2O),and adenosine triphosphate(ATP).Based on the advantages of Tb3+,such as a large Stokes shift and strong resistance to photobleach-ing,the coordination enhances the detection ability of the fluorescence probe for Pb2+,thus construc-ting a highly selective and highly sensitive fluorescence probe.The structure and optical properties of Luminol-Tb-ATP were characterized using UV absorption spectroscopy,Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),fluorescence spectroscopy,Zeta potential measurement,and Raman spectros-copy.The results showed a good linear relationship between Pb2+concentration and fluorescence in-tensity in the range of 0~24 µmol·L-1,with a correlation coefficient of 0.975 58 and a detection limit as low as 0.13 μmnol·L-1.The probe was also prepared as a test paper,expanding the detec-tion scenarios.关键词
