固体缓蚀剂胶囊颗粒的制备及其缓蚀性能研究
Study on preparation of solid corrosion inhibitor capsule and its corrosion inhibition performance

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of low filling efficiency of liquid corrosion inhibitor used in oilfield and the inability to effectively protect the corrosion section under the dynamic liquid surface,we designed and prepared matrix-type solid corrosion inhibitor capsule particles and established an indoor evaluation method of long-term controlled release and corrosion inhibi-tion effect of corrosion inhibitor capsule particles under different working conditions in dif-ferent media.The results show that the corrosion medium and temperature have obvious effects on the long-term release characteristics of solid corrosion inhibitors.Electrochemical and thermodynamic tests show that the solid corrosion inhibitor belongs to the inhibition of anodic dissolution type of corrosion inhibitor,the adsorption on the surface of N80 steel fol-lows the Langmuir isothermal adsorption,and the adsorption process is a spontaneous exo-thermic process dominated by physical adsorption.At 40 ℃~70 ℃,for the two corrosive media of CO2 mineralization system and CO2-H2S mineralization system,the solid corrosion inhibitor has a good corrosion inhibition effect on N80 steel sheet,and the corrosion inhibi-tion efficiency is continuously maintained at more than 75%in 90 days.关键词
