Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of patients with renal calculi ≤ 3 cm in diameter.Methods 80 patients with renal calculi ≤ 3 cm in diameter were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy holmium laser lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscopy.The renal function,pain degree and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the levels of Cys-C,Scr,NGAL and BUN,the VAS score and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope in the treatment of patients with renal calculi ≤ 3 cm in diameter has significant effect.关键词
