Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Fuke Qianjin Capsules retention enema on inflammatory response,pelvic floor electromyography,and hemorheology in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Ninety-four patients with chronic Pelvic inflammatory disease treated at Zhenping County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=47)received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group(n=47)received Fuke Qianjin Capsules retention enema in addition to conventional Western medicine treatment.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory response,pelvic floor electromyography,hemorheology,and quality of life were evaluated and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.74%)was higher than that in the control group(80.85%),with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum interleukin-2(IL-2)and pelvic floor electromyography in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α),and pelvic floor fatigue were lower,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,and quality of life scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fuke Qianjin Capsules retention enema can effectively reduce the inflammatory response,improve pelvic floor electromyography activity and hemorheology,and enhance the quality of life in patients with chronic Pelvic inflammatory disease.The treatment is effective and worthy of promotion.关键词
