针灸结合补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型神经根型颈椎病的临床观察
Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis type.Methods 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis type were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain degree and cervical spine function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3％,significantly higher than 70.0％of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and NDI score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis type can significantly improve the neck pain and cervical function of patients,and improve the clinical treatment effect.关键词
