Research progress of semaphorins in rheumatoid arthritis
类风湿关节炎(RA)是常见的自身免疫性疾病,以慢性滑膜炎症、血管新生及血管翳形成、关节骨与软骨破坏为主要病理特征.信号素(Sema)是一类具有神经导向作用的分泌型和糖基化膜蛋白.最近研究发现,Sema家族成员在RA各病理环节均扮演重要角色.因此,本文对Sema家族成员参与RA不同病理环节的最新研究进展进行综述和讨论,有助于寻找RA新的可行性治疗靶标,并为RA的发病机制提供新的研究思路.
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a common systemic autoimmune disease.Chronic synovial inflammation,angiogene-sis,pannus formation,joint destruction of cartilage and bone are important pathological characteristics in RA.Semaphorins(Sema)is a kind of secreted and membrane-bound glycoprotein with nerve guiding effect.Recent studies have shown that Sema family members play an important role in the various pathological stages of RA.Therefore,this paper reviews and discusses the latest research progress on the involvement of Sema family members in different pathological links of RA,which can help to find new feasible targets for RA and provide new research ideas for the pathogenesis of RA.
