摘要
Abstract
The new distribution network(NDN)is a crucial component of new power system and serves as the critical foundation to realize the construction of new power system.This paper focuses on the construction of NDNs,and systematically elaborates on the development patterns,basic requirements,typical characteristics,development concepts,and key technologies of NDNs.Four development patterns and trends of NDNs including the accelerating penetration of distributed new energy,efficient resource allocation platform,emerging business forms,and deep integration of digitalization and intelligentization are analyzed.Four typical characteristics of NDNs are revealed,which are interactive,green,flexible,digital and intelligent.Several significant development concepts to be followed during the construction stage are proposed.Four key technologies consisting of smart interaction,green energy saving,flexible network structure,and market mechanism are discussed.关键词
