Construction of New Distribution Network and Its Key Technologies
新型配电网是新型电力系统的重要组成部分,是实现新型电力系统建设目标的基础和关键.该文系统阐述构建新型配电网涉及的发展形态、基本要求、典型特征、发展思路、关键技术等核心重大问题,分析配电网有源化趋势加速、向资源高效配置平台转变、新兴业态不断涌现和数智化深度融合的4个形态内涵,揭示互动化、绿色化、柔性化、数智化4大典型特征,提出了构建过程中应当遵循的重大发展思路,并针对构建新型配电网所依赖的智慧互动、绿色节能、柔性组网和市场机制4方面关键技术问题进行探讨.
The new distribution network(NDN)is a crucial component of new power system and serves as the critical foundation to realize the construction of new power system.This paper focuses on the construction of NDNs,and systematically elaborates on the development patterns,basic requirements,typical characteristics,development concepts,and key technologies of NDNs.Four development patterns and trends of NDNs including the accelerating penetration of distributed new energy,efficient resource allocation platform,emerging business forms,and deep integration of digitalization and intelligentization are analyzed.Four typical characteristics of NDNs are revealed,which are interactive,green,flexible,digital and intelligent.Several significant development concepts to be followed during the construction stage are proposed.Four key technologies consisting of smart interaction,green energy saving,flexible network structure,and market mechanism are discussed.
