德谷胰岛素联合艾托格列净治疗老年T2DM的效果
Effect of Insulin Degludec Combined with Ertugliflozin in the Treatment of Elderly Patients with T2DM
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of insulin degludec combined with ertugliflozin in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 82 elderly patients with T2DM admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with insulin aspart,and the observation group was treated with insulin degludec combined with ertugliflozin.The blood glucose,blood pressure and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,HbAlc,MAGE and blood glucose CV value in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and SBP and DBP were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.32％,lower than 24.39％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Insulin degludec combined with ertugliflozin in the treatment of elderlv T2DM has significant hvpoglvcemic and antihypertensive effects,and has high safetv.关键词
