Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Sanqi Shangyao capsule combined with alfacalcidol in the treatment of limb fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with limb fracture who were treated with surgical reduction and internal fixation were randomly divided into two groups.After surgery,the control group was treated with alfacalcidol,and the combined treatment group was treated with alfacalcidol+Sanqi Shangyao capsule.The inflammatory factors,bone metabolism indicators and efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the BGP level in the combined treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the CTX-1 level was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined treatment group was 97.50％,higher than 77.50％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Sanqi Shangyao capsule combined with alfacalcidol in the treatment of limb fracture can relieve the inflammatory response of patients,improve the bone metabolism of patients,and improve the overall efficacy.关键词
