Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of thymalfasin assisted with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of patients with smear-positive retreatment pulmonary tuberculosis(TB).Methods 116 patients with smear-positive retreatment TB were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs,and the observation group was treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs+thymalfasin.The sputum negative conversion rate,lung function and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months and 3 months of treatment,the sputum negative conversion rates of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FVC,CD4+,CD3+and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Thymalfasin assisted with anti-tuberculosis drugs in the treatment of smear-positive retreatment TB can increase the sputum negative conversion rate and improve the lung function and immune function of patients.关键词
