Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the changes and clinical significance of serum complement C3,C-reactive protein(CRP)and immunoglobulin levels in patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia(MP).Methods 120 patients with MP were selected as the observation group,60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,and the levels of serum complement C3,CRP,IgA,IgG and IgM were compared between the two groups.The levels of serum complement C3,CRP,IgA,IgG and IgM in patients with different disease severity in the observation group were compared,and the correlations between the above indexes and the disease severity of MP patients were analyzed.Results The levels of serum complement C3,CRP,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of IgA was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).In the observation group,the levels of serum complement C3,CRP,IgG and IgM in severe patients were higher than those in mild patients,and the level of IgA was lower than that in mild patients(P＜0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that serum complement C3,CRP,IgG,IgM levels were significantly positively correlated with the disease severity of MP patients,and serum IgA level was significantly negatively correlated with the disease severity of MP patients(P＜0.05).Conclusions The levels of serum complement C3,CRP,IgA,IgG and IgM in MP patients show abnormal expression.The levels of serum complement C3,CRP,IgA,IgG and IgM are closely related to the disease severity of MP patients.关键词
