Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiama Zhixuan decoction combined with gastrodin injection in the treatment of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.Methods A total of 80 patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gastrodin injection,and the combined group was treated with Xiama Zhixuan decoction combined with gastrodin injection.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,DHI score,DARS score and basilar artery RI value of the combined group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate,and values of basilar artery PSV and Vm were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Xiama Zhixuan decoction combined with gastrodin injection can obviously improve the vertigo symptoms and hemodynamic indicators of patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo.关键词
