Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Wuzangshu point acupuncture combined with venlafaxine in the treatment of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder.Methods 96 patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder were divided into the control group(venlafaxine)and the observation group(venlafaxine+Wuzangshu point acupuncture)according to the treatment methods.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the HAMD score,PSQI score and orphanin level in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the leptin level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Wuzangshu point acupuncture combined with venlafaxine can relieve the depression degree and improve the sleep quality of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorder,and regulate the expressions of leptin and orphanin.关键词
