防撞鸟巢式护理联合腹部按摩在新生儿高胆红素血症患儿中的应用
Application of Anti-Collision Bird-Nest Care Combined with Abdominal Massage in Neonates with Hyperbilirubinemia

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of anti-collision bird-nest care combined with abdominal massage in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A total of 58 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia treated with blue light were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group was given routine nursing intervention,and the study group was given anti-collision bird-nest care combined with abdominal massage intervention.The crying time,hyperbilirubinemia regression time,sleeping time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The crying time and hyperbilirubinemia regression time in the study group were shorter than those in the reference group,and the sleeping time was longer than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 3.45％,lower than 27.59％in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Anti-collision bird-nest care combined with abdominal massage can obviously prolong the sleeping time of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia,shorten their crying time and hyperbilirubinemia regression time,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.关键词
