Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 76 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Hebi People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into a control group and a study group using the interval random method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received propofol maintenance anesthesia after induction,while the study group received sevoflurane inhalation maintenance anesthesia after induction.Perioperative blood pressure(systolic and diastolic),pain scores,and awakening-related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure measurements between the two groups before anesthesia(P＞0.05).The diastolic and systolic blood pressure during induction,intubation,and extubation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The pain scores at 2 hours,12 hours,and 24 hours post-operation in the study group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The awakening time,extubation time,spontaneous breathing recovery time,and orientation recovery time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia has a smaller impact on blood pressure in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,results in less postoperative pain,and provides higher quality of postoperative awakening.It is worthy of application.关键词
