基于云平台的肺康复干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理中的应用效果

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on cloud platform in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 92 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on cloud platform.The lung function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,FEV1,PEF,FVC and SF-36 score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.83％,significantly higher than 80.43％of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on cloud platform in the nursing of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the lung function of patients,and improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree.关键词
