基于人文关怀理念的个体化护理在无痛胃肠镜检查中的应用研究
Study on the Application of Individualized Nursing Based on Humanistic Care Concept in Painless Gastrointestinal En-doscopy Examination

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing based on humanistic care concept in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination.Methods 94 patients with painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received individualized nursing based on humanistic care concept.The negative emotions,compliance and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety scores and depression scores before and after the examination in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the examination compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse events during painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination in the observation group was 6.4％,significantly lower than 23.4％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing based on humanistic care concept applied in painless gastrointestinal endoscopy examination is helpful to alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve the examination compliance,and reduce the occurrence risk of adverse events.关键词
